TL;DR: Fantastic coffee, and they even made decaf good. I have purchased drinks and beans here, as well as ordered beans shipped from the roastery. I recently had to go to decaf for medical reasons and that scared the heck out of me as I am a coffee addict/lover/home espresso brewer/etc.
Came here on a whim after realizing there was no classes today 🙃 but it ended up being the best decision ever!! This is easily the best latte I’ve had in my entire life. It was the perfect temperature, not super sweet, and the espresso itself is delicious- not bitter at all and has an amazing aftertaste.
Third wave coffee shop and roaster with a surprisingly wide variety of specialty coffees. They are all about sustainability and quality. The owner/roaster/barista is a Q-grader and as friendly and helpful as possible.
Loved this place! Best coffee in town. Plus they have in-house roasted chocolate bars! I stopped in for a light roast latte. The barista was knowledgable and helped me find a roast that I’d like. The coffee was incredible. We chatted about my time in Thailand and how wonderful Thai coffee is.
