I prefer Dereck's coffee over any I've tried, including lots of top Twin Cities roasters (Dogwood, Bootstrap, etc.). We don't live in Marshall, but pick up his coffee whenever we can. We've also really enjoyed dried fruits (the apricots are amazing) and teas from Columbia Imports. Love this place.
Great fresh in-house roasted coffee, and love the organic apricots. Just picked up some fresh roasted North Sumatra coffee beans right out of the roaster for my first coffee beer, I think it'll be great!
Amazing brews available at Columbia Imports! I love their unique blend of flavors and how they add visibility to the origin of the beans to the consumer. My highest rated blend would certainly be the "Huila" brew!
Such a wonderful little shop filled with the wonderful fragrances of coffees and teas, you can find exquisite import blends here for a decent price. Plus you can really tell the owner is truly pop passionate about the service and products he brings to you.
