Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters_North Shore

Stopped by for some coffee and coffee beans while on a road trip across the Midwest. The brewed coffee was excellent, service was great and the atmosphere inside the cafe was quite nice. There was a selection of four different organic coffee beans from One Line coffee. I will definitely stop by on my next road trip.

This is such a wonderful little coffee shop! The co-owners (who also run the counter) are friendly and accommodating, and make some mean coffee! And as any coffee shop worth their weight on beans would do, they offer a tasty variety of baked goods sourced locally.

Had a delicious plate of sausage biscuits & gravy, along with a pistachio frozen espresso! I also had Jen make me a Ghirardelli dark chocolate and pistachio one to take home and freeze for tomorrow.

Coffee is fantastic. And knowing the ingredients are organic and coffee is roasted in house without chemicals is amazing. Hard to find that now a days. This place is serving you a premium coffee drink. And the pricing is more than fair. Food is fresh and great as well! Will be back regularly.
