8.10.2023 Cool spot. Popped in just before 3pm, which is when they close I think. Bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Plenty of parking at that hour and just one customer was in this sitting area. More space and seats than many of the Starbucks I've been in.
I was meeting a Client in Springfield on a Saturday morning, but it wasn’t on the beaten path, so I Googled coffee shops and found Cervantes Coffee. I’m thinking the coffee shop wouldn’t be very busy because it was in an industrial park. Boy was I wrong.
Cervantes has delicious coffee! I have gotten their seasonal drinks a couple of times and they’ve been really good each time. I got the Mexican Mocha this time, and it’s amazing!!! They also sell coffee beans. The parking lot is a little small, as is the inside of the coffee shop. Definitely will be going back!
Picked up a nitro cold brew for the road after a stop at Costco. I also picked up a bag of Guatemalan coffee beans. I look forward to future visits to try some breakfast & lunch sandwiches, as they look great! Cool atmosphere and great friendly service.
