It's one of the best cold-brew coffees I've tried. They roast their own coffee, and every cartel has great coffee. I'm glad to see this business grow and expand to other areas.
The only coffee shop in the US that offered me soda water with my espresso... That was a good sign.. then he pressed the coffee in the machine the right way (nice and strong), and poured just the right amount for my double shot. Place is clean, good light music, friendly employee and most importantly - GREAT COFFEE ☕
I'm a coffee snob, who loves to support local Espresso bars that really care about their coffee quality. Cartel makes the cut, love the dark roast beans I picked up and the Cashew Milk Latte was perfection.
Cartel Roasting is such a great spot! The staff is so kind, and the service is always so fast here. I love ordering their cold brew or a SF vanilla latte with almond milk. Don't sleep on this place!
