Hands down, healthy and fulfilling food options! New food menus keep things exciting! Skillet pancake is a must try!! But my personal favorites are the THICK avocado toasts and shakshuka!!! Yum! Don't forget the coffee! Their roast is smooth and buttery! Not acidic! Iced or hot, you will not choose wrong!
Carmela Toast and Coffee Bar in Wellington is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, perfect for an early morning pick-me-up. Liz, the cashier, greeted me with a pleasant smile and was so patient as I browsed the menu.

The coffee here is amazing—seriously some of the best I’ve had. I tried their iced coffee and it was smooth and full of flavor.
Carmela Coffee never disappoints, and my recent visit was no exception. The food is always delicious, and the matcha latte is easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Kiara was an absolute joy...always smiling, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
