I did not have to try any other coffee in Carmel after my top-notch experience at Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting. The cold brew was absolutely delicious and was everything I was looking for. Great flavor and easy drinking. I'll take an IV of it! Whatever pastry I purchased was easily one of the best of my life.

It’s a pretty good coffee shop. If you just want coffee, and don’t want to wait at the humongous queues at the next store and much famous carmel bakery, this can be a good spot. Although they also had a bit of queue, it was considerably shorter, and there was seating space inside.

As a Melbournian, visting from Australia, where coffee is king & better be served 5 star to rate, was so happy to find Carmel Valley Coffee Roasters, great coffee (strong Flat white x Hot) and the pastries were amazing fresh and excellent variety, also the Chicken Salad sandwich was the best!

One of my favorite parts of the day. Consistently great service, amazingly great coffee and espresso drinks, and the best pastries I've ever had. It can get busy, but that's a function of how good it is!
