What customers say
Smells great inside; so many flavors of freshly roasted beans. The oat milk latte was pretty good, and I appreciated that there’s plenty of seating plus free WiFi. Italian biscotti was good too. Sadly the syrups used for coffee flavors are artificial, so I didn’t get a flavor. But coffee is good!
Edited 11/08/24: the store has done a very nice cosmetic makeover, and still roasts the best beans. We regularly consume the organic Peruvian and celebrate, and still live the Rochester's Choice decaf Canaltown has been roasting coffee in the same location for 31 years, and they've learned a lot of things over this…
This place oozes old school cool with a wall of vintage bean dispensers right as you walk in! The baristas are friendly and made me one of the best lattes I've ever had! Really looking forward to going back for beans and another latte next time I'm in the city.
My passion for coffee shops is still alive and kicking and Canaltown Coffee Roasters didn’t dampen that passion. It’s nice to visit a real coffee roaster’s. Val was fantastic. For my partner Val recommended a Cuban Double Espresso and that Plant Milk was the best alternative for the Apple Dirty Chai.
