I’ve been here more times than I can count—this is easily my favorite coffee spot in C’ville. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and perfect whether you’re sitting down to chat or settling in to study. The staff are so kind and consistently go above and beyond.
Stopped in for a beverage an was able to get something for everyone in the family. Espresso martini for my wife, hot cocoa for our son and a beer for me and they’re dog friendly to boot. Friendly service and a nice, chill vibe.
I love Camellias Bar! Worker here is super nice. The pastries are SO yummy – like, the best ever! I had one that was really good and another croissant with chocolate so FRESH and crispy, and they were both AMAZING! The whole place is really cozy, and it feels like a fun spot to hang out.
Camellia’s fills a unique role in the local bakery scene, being the first to offer Asian style pastries. The Thai tea croissant is particularly incredible. The staff are wonderful, bring a huge positive energy to the space, and clearly love what they do. The atmosphere is comfortable, cozy, and has personality.
