First time here. The roasted rice milk tea with salted creme was smooth and delightful as was the coconut milk coffee with jelly, which had a deeper, richer taste. The beignets were AMAZING! Hot, airy, and just the right level of crisp on the outside. 10/10. The service was attentive and friendly.

New place by VNese singer Dan Truong & his kid just open this weekend. Parking is good since big parking lot, clean and big and black & white decor not bad but feel abit oldie. Great service by the staff, nice & friendly. Quick turnaround and the drinks are good - not bad but nothing special or wow factor about it.

he drink and snack combo here is such a fun surprise. The smoothie looks absolutely beautiful with its layered green and yellow colors—fresh, vibrant, and honestly very Instagram-worthy. It tastes just as good as it looks: refreshing, slightly creamy, and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to enjoy the whole cup.
