We were visiting from out of town and loved them so much we returned three days in a row. The coffee is roasted fresh on premise. You can tell they take freshness and quality seriously. My husband and I enjoyed a pour over of the featured Wush Wush coffee on our first visit.
I recently stopped by Building Three Coffee and found it to be a lively, busy spot. The chai latte was decent, but the hand-pour coffee was surprisingly good and definitely the highlight for me.
District III hits the trifecta of ratings. Food and the coffee are superb with a wide variety of food and drinks, service is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is terrific. No matter the weather outside, it’s warm and friendly inside District III.
I heard about this place a good amount and I decided to check it out today, and let me just say it was AMAZING, the drip coffee was amazing and one of the best drip coffees I have ever had. I like that they roast their own beans and make their syrups in house! I will be back again <3
