I had an amazing coffee tasting experience with Fernando at the Brown Dog Roasting. The cozy tasting room allowed us to explore a variety of coffee beans from different regions. We savored the unique flavors of a couple of Colombian beans, a Brazilian bean, and an Ethiopian bean.

I visited Fernando at BrownDog a few weeks ago and I can't imagine a better experience. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and helped me select a coffee that I enjoyed greatly. The coffee itself was delicious -- an excellent selection roasted with incredibly consistency.

Absolutely exceptional coffee roasters! Talking to Fernando, you can immediately see his passion and care for educating people about sustainability and coffee. He has variety of roasts to choose from, and will take the time to explain the differences between each one. My wife and I took his private coffee experience.

Browndog has really great coffee while also honoring their environmental commitment. It’s clear they are a high quality operation and take coffee seriously, this is some of the best in Seattle. The lightly roasted Ethiopian is my personal favorite. They do quick delivery and have multiple beans on offer.
