Woo hoo first review of the coffee! Tried Luis Serna Caturra this morning (second brew attempt, first was botched from my grind settings being off) doing a pour over using a smidge less water. Impressions: Smooth, bright, sits light on the tongue with a pleasant after taste.

They are very hands on with their training sessions and very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I always love collaborating with them with my coffee group. You will leave with A+ training and exceptional tasting coffee! Congrats on winning roaster of the year at the Wilmington Coffee Festival!

Best place to buy beans in concord. They have always hand delivered next day no fee (local) if anything the beans arrive too fresh and need to rest ❤️

Sarah and Camilo do a great job roasting and they have serious attention to detail with the sensory experience of their coffee. When I buy coffee locally, Broken Compass is one of only two roasters I am willing to buy from.
