Really cool coffee and roastery! The coffee here is so fresh since they roast the beans here. The staff is friendly and talented with making a nice latte with latte art. Brioso has a nice coffee shop vibe with plenty of seating. This may have been the best tasting coffee we had during our trip to Columbus.
Brioso Roastery & Coffee Bar is a must-visit for coffee lovers! The latte was perfectly crafted—rich, smooth, and just the right amount of foam. I paired it with their chocolate croissant, which was an absolute delight—flaky, buttery, and filled with decadent chocolate.
One of the best coffee spots in Columbus, if not THE BEST!! Lots of seating and a cozy reading area with cushioned seats by a corner window. The roasting happens right in this location so you feel like you’re a part of the process and not in a franchised looking location.
When I'm in town visiting family, I always stock up on Brioso beans for the road. These days I'm enjoying honey-process and anaerobic-process coffees, and Brioso always has great ones available (currently loving the Costa Rica Finca Desamparados). Very grateful.
