Borealis roasts their own beans, and you can taste the difference. The latte was genuinely good. Not "good for a local spot" good, just good. The space is small inside but they have outdoor seating, which opens it up nicely. Busy without being chaotic, the kind of place that has enough energy to make you want to stay.

I haven’t been in person I usually buy their beans at Public house. But omg the coffee beans are so good. I just tried their three phase espresso blend. It’s deep and rich, caramel, naturally sweet. And surprisingly the tiniest just right amount of acidity felt on the sides of my tongue was so good

One of my favorite local coffee shops! Amazing coffee, delicious food options (including gluten free!), and I love being able to buy their beans to roast at home. Great indoor and outdoor seating and convenient location.

An off the trail oasis! If you’re a biker on the trail you won’t find a better place to stop for a bite and a great coffee! Always there are a few pour over options in addition to the batch brew and all the other drinks that these folks make.
