There’s something special about Boondocks Coffee Roasters. It’s not just coffee, it’s a morning hug, a mid-day reset, and a quiet “you’ve got this” when you need it most. The kind of coffee that doesn’t just wake you up, it welcomes you in.
One of my favorite coffee shops here, and I might even have to say maybe the best coffee I’ve ever had?? I had the ube matcha latte and boonies einspanner (double espresso w/ milk and vanilla cream top), and while both were good, the einspanner was INCREDIBLE.
