What customers say
Their Coffee has a really nice flavor, a bit less intense and more smooth than Blue Bottle coffee. Also better than Starbucks. Get the mocha, it rocks (has 2 shots of espresso). A place for serious coffee lovers. They sell fair trade coffee beans as well. 3 locations in Providence. Local business owner. Great staff.
I really like this roaster’s coffee blends and espresso! Definitely some of the best in Providence. The only reason why I took off a star was: I love chocolate, and there mocha left something to be desired. I got the chalkiness from the chocolate and the milk, but tasted virtually no coffee.
Decent coffee here. I got a large drip/filtered coffee for $5 and I really liked the taste. I got some floral hints. It was their light roast from Peru. However, the consistency was very thin, similar to Dunkin’s thinness. Luckily, because of the taste, it was still palatable. Prices are pretty high here.
We visited Bolt during a quick trip and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! The coffee and food were so good, we had to come back! The staff is very friendly and helpful; their suggestions were spot on with what we wanted. Everything we got here was delicious.
