Bluestem Coffee Roasting Company

I used to think all coffee was pretty much the same. Always bought Folgers or Maxwell house. Then I tried Bluestem coffee, the Honduras. What a difference! It is a high-quality coffee flavor that features a well-balanced acidity, sweetness, and mouthfeel combined with a dreamy aroma.

Absolutely LOVE their Colombian and Brazilian roasts. The Columbian makes such a smooth cup for the mornings, and I love using the Brazilian for espresso. My roommates and I love starting our days off with a mug (or two!). I hadn't realized how naturally flavorful normal coffee could be until I tried Bluestem.

I had my long awaited first cup and it hit the right spot in every way! Just the smell of the freshly opened bag gave me an indication of what was to come! I was not disappointed! A smooth sipper with a nice hint of cocoa. Keep up the good work!
