Update: Awesome new location, same great coffee. Coffee is super tasty and highly recommend this place. Our preferred place for lattes :) We really like the new location: very spacious inside with a several seatting areas available.
My go to coffee shop when I am in Twisp. I make it a point to drive to Twisp just get order a Breve they are that good! The pace at Bluestar is relaxed. Do not expect to have blazing fast service. The wait is worth it I promise. The new location is bright and open.
Fantastic coffee roasters! Got a tour of the facility and learned a lot from Dan on how they make the coffee. They have a passion for coffee and it shows as the coffee is fantastic. Purchased a bag of each roast, shirts for the whole family and iced coffee (delicious 😋) to go! Will be back for sure
Loved it here. I had given up on finding a good espresso bar in the cascade loop, but we drove past this place and I was definitely intrigued. It was a welcome surprise, beautiful interior, nice staff and good coffee.
