Bestie got the blackberry iced jasmine tea extra sweet but the syrup tasted like cold medicine, would recommend another flavor or sweetening it with something else Side note there are quite a few bugs in the shop if you’re not a bug fan…
Love their Cubano espresso (sans whip cream sadly for me). Tasty regular brews and New Cascadia gluten free bakery treats (only a couple options) round out my favorites.
I passed by Blue Kangaroo by chance and thought their patio/parklet in the shade looks very nice so I sat down to get my overdue morning coffee. Their service is friendly and coffee is quite decent too. It looks like they roast their own beans in house, an independent coffee shop is always pretty cool.
My husband and I walk from our Airbnb to this neighborhood coffee shop every morning. Sellwood is a great way to experience Portland. This coffee shop is a great beginning to each day. I order the Portland Breakfast tea with steamed oat milk.
