Blue Hummingbird Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room

On Sunday morning, I went to near Lake Forest area for some business and visited Blue Hummingbird Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room. I usually go to CUP by Blue Hummingbird Coffee next to Irvine Novel Park near my house to drink coffee, but this was my first time here.

These guys were regulars at farmer's markets but now are have bricks and mortar. I did not know coffee could have so many different flavors until trying their different single bean coffees. If you have a coffee loving friend, this is the place to get accessories or bags of joy for them.

Blue Hummingbird is one of our regular coffee spots. They roast their own beans, their special drink flavors are delicious and unique without being too sweet. Their standard coffee options are great as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have great breakfast food options and gelato!

Cute hidden gem. The baristas are friendly and the coffee (I got an iced honey oat milk latte) was fantastic. Bummed I missed the pastries, but it looks like they go fast.
