Blind Coffee Roasters

Wow… came in to this shop looking for a quick pick me up and ended up meeting some of the nicest welcoming people in the industry. Such a warm cozy vibe and the wonderful smell of freshly roasted coffee beans really sealed the deal for me. I ordered a white chocolate caramel mocha and man was it great.

Unicorn and Rainbows is literally the best coffee I have ever had. Not just of this roastery; it is my favorite full stop. They just do whole bean, but I've fully committed now and I won't be going back. I went a few months without recently and could have cried when my delivery came in!

I found this company recently because I was looking for local bean roasters to support. I perused the options and ordered myself a bag of Unicorns & Rainbows at 3 PM on Sunday, not expecting it to be delivered for at least a couple of days.

My wife and I first discovered this wonderful coffee at a local farmers market in Fairview. Co-owner Tim was working the booth, and we were impressed by his extensive knowledge and genuine passion.
