Blind Burro Colorado Coffee Roasters

We stopped before heading home after our camping trip near Idaho Springs. Very friendly, high quality service. Food is fresh and made to order. We really enjoyed our bacon burritos and raspberry cream cheese pastry. I got an iced brown sugar burro latte. I enjoyed it very much.

We stopped for coffee and breakfast on our way through the mountains. The espresso machine was broken, so we couldn't try espresso drinks. My husband enjoyed his drip coffee. But what was 5+ stars worthy was the food! I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and my husband had the breakfast burrito.

Very amazing experience!! We were on a family- friends road trip from Dallas and we stooped at this wonderful spot called Blind Burro Colorado Coffee Roasters !! We ordered a lot of sandwiches and bagels!! Very affordable prices and Amanda and Allen were very friendly and optimistic people ! GOD BLESS THEM FOR REAL!!

Delicious coffee and friendly barista. Loved the taste and aroma of their espresso they definitely know what they are doing!! Their donkey cups are also a nice touch. No indoor seating but they do have two picnic tables outside which you can use to enjoy your coffee.
