B’Lets Roastery | Coffee & Tea

Tried the matcha latte at B’Lets Roastery and it was seriously one of the best I’ve had. You can taste how fresh and high-quality the matcha is—smooth, earthy, and not bitter at all. Perfectly balanced with milk, not overly sweet, and very comforting. You can tell they really care about ingredients and technique.

I think I might have found my new fave matcha. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their coconut cloud matcha, corn matcha, and taiyaki to try. The coconut cloud matcha was super pretty, smooth, earthy, and not too sweet. Could definitely tell they’re using high quality matcha.

I had a fantastic experience at B’lets Roastery! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what really stood out was the service. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and making sure everything was perfect.

I’m always on the lookout for a good coffee spot locally. For Vietnamese coffee, I usually drive all the way to Orange County, so when a family friend recommended B’Let’s, I’ll admit I didn’t expect much. I haven’t found many great coffee options around here that I’d visit regularly.
