Always organic espresso, need I say more? They do brew some organic coffees but not daily. I would say this spot is more for grab a coffee and go or meet with a friend and hang out session. The environment is not a work friendly space although people do work from there.

We are visitors to the area and stopped in to get a treat before hitting the road back home. What a beautiful, clean, delightful spot! I chatted with the owners, one of whom was running the counter. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, she made fantastic recommendations that we really enjoyed!
The baristas really deserve all the praise. Of course the coffee beans are delicious, but these baristas really know how to make a good drink (Best latte in a many mile radius.
