We love Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and usually go to the Bird Rock or Little Italy locations, but while visiting friends in Encinitas, we decided to check out this location. It is located in a very cute outdoor shopping mall, which has lots of parking spots and is very walkable.
Great coffee, easily some of the best that I have ever had. The employees are generally quite friendly and accommodating, especially the management. There is a wonderful variety of ethically sourced beans as well.
Cool spot! They serve pour over and espresso tonic! Comfortable outdoor seating most of it is shaded from the Sun. The Wi-Fi was very slow at 5 / 5.
We stopped here for an afternoon pick me up on my way up the coast. It was expensive but delicious. They have great coffee beans too
