This cafe offers a cozy and spacious ambiance, perfect for studying or catching up with friends. Their standout Tiramisu Latte, known as "Little Italy," delivers a delightful blend of espresso and dessert-like flavors.

This is now a MUST HAVE every morning for me. I get the chocolate croissant and Spanish latte 😋 and that starts my day off perfectly. Place is ALWAYS clean and neat. The people behind the counter are always super nice, and with it being so early in the morning, they are so smiley and ready to help you start your day.

We have been visiting this cafe since many years. The lattes have been consistently great. This time, we got to try their new Tiramisu latte. It was like Tiramisu in a mug - very delicious. I've tried their regular lattes and mocha as well. Also, their garlic butter toast is a hit!

Although the outside of the shop doesn’t necessarily look like something particularly fancy, Big Mug is quite good. It was a little congested at the entrance with the ordering kiosks right by the doors, but the process of ordering was pretty smooth otherwise.
