I was traveling to the coast for the weekend and stopped , to let my dog stretch her legs. I noticed a women taking down open signs at coffee shop and we struck up a conversation. She was so friendly and told me the history and roasting habits of the shop. I told her I regretted to learn this while they were closing.
Good coffee roasted on site. Very nice and knowledgeable staff! They can be busy on weekends. I prefer a weekday to chat a bit. I didn't know what I liked, so Shioah (the owner) let me try a bunch of samples. I'm getting close to picking my favorite.
