Definition of good customer service. Nothing but positive things to say about Beans, incredible coffee, teas, baked goods, and an amazing website. I’ve been buying bagged coffee from them for awhile and it’s always great, and placing orders on their website is very intuitive.
I tried Beans Coffee Company for the first time at the Mankato Farmers Market. I had the best Dirty Chai Latte of my life. I ventured over to their shop the next day to get another one. The staff both times was very friendly and the coffee is amazing. The construction on Belgrade is not doing them any favors.
I have been a different roast every week kind of home coffee drinking for years now. I finally landed on Blue Bean roast from Beans as my repeat daily coffee. Any fans of light roast should absolutely give it a try. It tastes amazing is incredibly drinkable.
My husband and I use Beans as our second office. We absolutely love the coffee but even more so the atmosphere! There's always a place to sit too, which we appreciate! If you're visiting Mankato or need a new coffee shop to become a regular at - Beans is your place!
