Beans & Brews Coffee House

I stop here every morning, Monday-Friday. These team members give me the positive start to my day! There are two team members who have been part of my morning and bring such a smile to this old lady’s face! Ryland and the young lady who loves vintage decor. I can’t believe I have never asked her for her name!

Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this.

This is a brand new location for beans and brew in West Haven. They completely gutted and renovated the old taco time, and it looks amazing! The staff is so friendly. Travis and Gavin helped me at different times and both were over-the-top with their customer service!

I always go to this location and get the same drink every morning and let me just say West Haven has the best staff they are always fast and great. This morning my drink had been made incorrectly, so I went in told them something was off . She said no problem we will fix it and she gave me a $10 gift card.
