Beans & Brews Coffee House

I frequent this Beans and Brew probably at least a couple of times per week. The staff are always exceptional, and always seem to strive to give amazing service with a smile.

Jessica and Kai are so kind and efficient. I love being greeted with Beans Beans Beans, it's so cute and makes me smile every time. They both should be promoted to store trainers/managers as they both have excellent customer service, integrity, , and are knowledgeable in products and fail operations!

I'm usually not a big Beans and Brews girl but this is the closest coffee shop to my work, I always have time to run there on a 15 to get a quick drink. I've worked on homework in the lobby too and it's always clean and quiet! Never gotten my drink wrong and the staff are so nice.

Isaiah and Jessica always Are very efficient they always take the time to remember my name. They always have a smile on their face and are very sweet. They treat me like a person more than a number. I will never go to a different beans and bruise.
