I did community development work on the Hatcher Corridor for many years and when I heard that Pashley and BLake were bringing their special brand of community loving coffee bean roasting and specialty pour overs I got excited. What a thoughtful and neighborhood minded group of people this business attracts.
Beal beans is one of my favorite coffee distributors in Phoenix. We’ve been purchasing their beans from the farmers market for years. We are obsessed with everything Pashlee cooks and makes and we are so excited for this new space to be open!! We love it there.
Good coffee brought to us by an amazing family/community. I was delighted when I walked in two days after opening by pure coincidence. I was just randomly looking for new coffee spots in the Valley and stumbled upon Beal Beans 5 minutes from my work. What can I say!
A place that takes their pour over coffee game seriously! Have had their Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Yirgacheffe coffees and every cup is better than the last. Also they open at 6:30 so perhaps your only option for specialty coffee that early.
