I recently visited Banyan Coffee Co. for the first time and was immediately impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took the time to explain the different coffees on offer. I decided to try the Barrel Aged Cold Brew, which was to die for.
Great Place! It has been difficult to see a business like this with a 5 rating! Completely impressive when I first walked in the door and the helpful young lady named Isabel helped me with my order! They have in-house coffee roasters, and have medium and dark roast available !
I tried Banyan Coffee today and it was a really enjoyable experience. The coffee I had there was good and the coffee beans I brought home were very good also. I like medium dark roast so I got thier "Java" beans. I ground them medium and brewed 20 grams in a Hario V60 switch, for about two minutes.
Before I could even try the coffee, the lady that helped us was so kind and patient, explaining the options they had and even helping me by answering questions I had about brewing my espresso at home - which she definitely did not have to entertain especially since they were closing.
