Best coffee in Boone, hands down. It's no frills - don't come here for fancy flavored drinks (although the few that they offer are excellent). But, if you want excellent, sustainable, single origin coffee, this is the best place to get it. Don (the bald guy) is truly a master roaster.
Good morning! May I just start with the fact that I have had 3 mornings, 2 weeks in a row now, that I've been able to have time to myself and my dog and get the chance to enjoy the crispness of fall wandering into my home, while having a cup (or more lets be honest) of your delicious coffee.
Bald Guy Brew Coffee is one of the best coffees I ever had anywhere I have been in the country and I have had coffee from roasters everywhere and I am pretty fussy. In addition to having excellent organic coffee, the coffeeshop also was one of the coolest I have ever seen.
Bald Guy Brew is one of those places you don’t forget. The space is packed with old roasting equipment and vintage coffee gear — it feels like a coffee-themed Cracker Barrel, in the best possible way. There’s personality everywhere you look. I ordered a pour-over, and it was clean, smooth, and brewed with obvious care.
