One of my favorite roasters and go-to place to buy coffee. Not everyone is happy to “talk coffee” but Barista Gio is my favorite, he can listen, brew and share with you all at once. Owner(s) are very receptive and helpful, willing get feedback and they produce great quality specialty coffee already.
Great place in the plant street market to grab some coffee. They have a pretty wide selection of coffees and their seasonal flavors are always wonderful. Staff is always on point, even when it's slammed. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my coffee.

The Roastery is great, especially when Ivan is working! The baristas there really know their stuff, and are happy to help and answer any coffee questions you may have.
