Aspen Coffee Company OKC

As someone who went to college in Stillwater, I was so excited to find out Aspen was coming to OKC! We stopped in this weekend and the new location did not disappoint. My go-to is the blended chai. We also got the cortada with oat milk. Their pastries are delicious and they have a good assortment to choose from.

It’s important to have a pretty calm atmosphere when you’re having a nice coffee just to relax or when you’re meeting some friends to have a good conversation. This place offers everything you could ask for! On top of the different coffee beans they serve, they have good snacks as well that goes well with the coffee.

A casual, relaxed atmosphere, and a great latte! Fun facts: they roast their coffee to order in small batches and use manual espresso machines! It’s old school, but you can taste the difference! They also offer food if you’re in the mood to grab a snack. Congratulations on 30 years! Here’s to many more!

I’m giving 5 star just because their coffee beans are the best in the city, I get them usually every two weeks to make espresso shots at home, today I tried a day old lemon poppy muffin it was inedible and had to throw it away.
