I stumbled on this place on my drive home to DC from Maine. The coffee (Tanzanian medium roast) was outstanding. I bought some beans to take with me. The ambiance was really pleasant. I will definitely go out of my way to return one day.
Coffee was great. The green tea they give is a VERY generous amount. Coffee got us warmed up from the cold. Seating is a bit tight but will fit 3-4 people comfortably. The aesthetics of the place is peaceful but if you are looking for a "quiet" place to work or study, it's not here. You can get snacks here.
I get a Breve Lavender Latte at all the new coffee shops I go to. And this one was fantastic! I would be interested to know where the syrups come from, as they tasted fresh and unique. That being said, don’t come here if you want the barista to give you the warm fuzzies.
