Had the lucky chance and pleasure to bring home a package of the Peru Cajamarca light/medium roast to Sweden. As Fabian recommended the 10-days-from-roasting mark really hits the spot.
I wouldn’t call myself a coffee snob but I’ve definitely grown accustomed to the quality that Apis Coffee serves in every bag. I’ve had several blends so far and honestly cant decide on my favorite - they’re all so good!
This coffee is fantastic! I am not a huge coffee drinker as it usually gives me aweful heartburn but met Fabian the CRO(Chief Roasting Officer) and he explained that his process for roasting his beans largely removes the acidic elements of the beans.
Apis Coffee is a must try! I’ve tried the Columbia beans and can drink it black (and I do not drink black coffee!) Columbia-Cauca is not only delicious cold or hot— it. smells. soo. good!! This coffee got me back into the fresh-grind-lyfe and Apis also gives helpful tips on their website about different brew methods.
