My favorite coffee roaster in the entire metropolitan Detroit area, and I believe they are one of the best coffee roasters in the US. They genuinely care about the craft of roasting and the art of coffee. I love the espresso drink ordering system they have (espresso + different sizes of milk or oat milk).
When researching coffee spots in Detroit (as I do not live in the area), Anthology consistently came up as one of the best, particularly in terms of “third-wave” coffee. Didn’t disappoint!
One of my favorite coffee shops - great place to be on a Saturday morning on your way to or from the market. Excellent espresso drinks and beans. Also great seating options for larger groups - I have held a crafting morning here with friends before!
