Wow. This might be the freshest coffee I’ve ever had in my life. They roast the beans from green to cup in just minutes- it’s wild to watch and even better to drink. The ice cream is just as special, made fresh on the spot with an unbelievable texture.
Ansa is an easy four star for me and a place I would gladly come back to. The team at the front could not have been kinder, they were patient with questions, warm in their greeting, and made the whole ordering process feel relaxed instead of rushed.

Easily the best affogato I've had in nyc. The gelato is impossibly smooth and creamy, and the rich, bold espresso balances it out perfectly. The cappuccino was tasty as well! It's apparent that the team cares deeply about the quality of the drinks as well as the ambience and coziness of the space.
