Abol Cafe (Coffee + Kitchen)

What a stunningly decorated café! The interior is beautiful. It was my first time and I needed a minite to look at the menu. The owner was so incredibly sweet and accommodating. I tried the ethio-misto and it's excellent. Banana and caramel flavored syrups available on request.

How did I not know about this place? My friend had the Louisville coffee Passport she bought on IG, so we have been checking out new places. I had the dalgona iced coffee which was decadent and I had to slurp it out loud with my straw when I got to the bottom. I had the vegan Ethiopian platter with injera bread.

This coffee shop is a gem. The owners are both very sweet, welcoming, and the coffee is amazing. I got the dalgona which is the perfect amount of sweet but still has a strong enough espresso in it that balances it out perfectly.

The owner greeted us right away & was so kind! I ordered the chai latte (they make their own blend in house) & I asked him to make it sweet.. it was literally the perfect amount of sweetness & spice! I’d say it’s the best chai latte I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend this place.
