What's in the cup
“We got into this deep convo about Italian culture and ristretto shots (you know, those teeny-tiny espresso pulls that are slow, intense, and chef’s kiss bold).”
What regulars say again and again
“Really good coffee and espresso, beans roasted in house, they use a precision grinder, no shortcuts.”
“The espresso “cocktails” are fantastic and perfectly flavoured.”
“Great staff and props for using Vosens for the baked goods.”
What customers say
When was the last time an iced latte gave you a Michelin star culinary experience? Doesn’t happen too often for me, I tell you what! Good god. These folks know what they’re doing.
Very stylish new coffee shop with a pool table for patrons to play on. The coffee is well prepared and beans are roasted in house. Every detail of this little shop is fine tuned to be pleasing to the eye.
Okay sooo… update: I’m in Utah! (Wild, right?) I ended up near Pugsley Street, and guess what I found? This adorable new coffee spot called 801 Coffee Roasters.Day one, I was basically a detective—scoping out the place, taking artsy photos like a pro barista influencer.
Excellent and high-quality coffee and chai, delicious and substantial menu (not just bagels and pastries - made from scratch quiches and breakfast goods from *local* restaurants and bakeries), and a schedule that any coffee lover can appreciate (5am - 4pm!!!).
